How to Open an Account

To open an account you must be a member. Find out about membership eligibility on our Join MCU page. Print out a Membership Application and take it to the nearest MCU branch location. Existing members may fill out a Subsequent Action form to open new products. Call 1-800-951-8000 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) when you need assistance.

Free 24-Hour Account Access

Another great feature of our deposit accounts is the convenience of 24-hour accessibility. MCU@Home, online banking, allows real-time access to all of your accounts and MCUmobile puts your accounts at your fingertips. No matter where you are, Members Credit Union can serve you.

Direct Deposit

Pay yourself first! Have your check directly deposited into your Members CU accounts. Use payroll deduction to allocate how much you want to go to your savings account. It’s the easiest way to build up a savings and you don’t have to worry about driving to a branch on payday to deposit a check. Just fill out a Direct Deposit Authorization Form and give it your employer’s payroll department. Find out more by calling 800-951-8000, option 5.


Every member will receive a statement at least quarterly. Members with a checking account, with ATM transactions, or electronic transactions will receive a statement every month (either paper or electronic eStatement). Your statement, whether you receive it monthly or quarterly, will itemize all your transactions and balances on all your Members CU accounts including loans.
