MCU@Home , is our free, 24/7 online banking service that allows you to obtain current account balances, view transaction history, see loan information, view check images, transfer funds between products, make loan payments, request a withdrawal by check, perform financial calculations, and access eStatements.

Sign Up for MCU@Home

To access MCU@Home, you will need:

1. Your MCU account number (you can find this on your statement)

2. Your TELL-COM personal identification number (PIN).  If you do not know your 4-digit PIN, just call our Member Services Department at (800) 951-8000, option 3.

Important note: Your TELL-COM PIN is not the same PIN number used for your MCU Cash Card or Visa Debit Card.

eStatements

View your account statements online though our secure online banking service anytime by signing up for eStatements through MCU@Home. When your statement becomes available, Members CU will send you an email notification to log on to MCU@Home and view your current statement. You have access to your statement 24/7, you’ll receive your statement fast and we will archive your statements electronically for 18 months.

eBill

Online Bill Pay

Organize and simplify the bill pay process with eBill, Members CU’s free online bill paying service. You won’t have to worry about stamps, envelopes or trips to the post office. eBill lets you receive and pay your bills electronically, all in one place. You can make payments anywhere at anytime. You can schedule single or recurring payments in just a few steps so you’ll never worry about missing a bill or late fees. To sign up for this service you must have a Members CU Checking Account. Get started by enrolling online.

24-Hour Telephone Account Access

TELL-COM gives you 24-hour access to all your credit union accounts. You can request withdrawals by check, get balance information on savings and loans, determine which checks have cleared from your checking account, transfer funds and much more! Simply listen to the menu options and select the desired activity.

How to Access TELL-COM

Accessing TELL-COM could not be easier! All you will need is:

1. Your MCU member number (you can find this on your statement)

2. Your TELL-COM personal identification number (PIN) – new members can initially activate TELL-COM by using the last four digits of their Social Security Number as their PIN. If you do not know your 4-digit PIN, just call our Member Services Department at (800) 951-8000, option 3.
