We’ve received reports from mobile app users that they are receiving a “handshake error” when trying to log on to our MCUmobile app from their Android device.  Our developers are working to fix the problem, but in the meantime Members who are experiencing the problem on an Android can follow these steps to gain access to the app:

•Close down/Exit the Mobile App.
•Go to the device’s “Settings” app.
•Look for the section labeled “Storage,” and open it.
•Now look for MCU Mobile. Once you find it, tap to open it.
•You should see a button labeled Clear Data. Tap it. It will pop up a confirmation box asking if you want to delete all the data associated with this app.
•Tap the Delete button.
•Now go back to your device’s home screen and launch the MCU Mobile App. It may prompt you to allow access to specific features on the phone – please respond accordingly.
•Enter your member number and PIN, and it should allow access to the App.

Thank you for your patience.
