Members Credit Union serves best by offering products with fewer and lower fees than competitors. With our Visa Debit Card, there is no application fee, no annual fee, and no transaction fee.

Cash Withdrawals
One of the best features of our Visa Debit Card is that you can use it to withdraw cash at ATMs or financial institutions worldwide that accept Visa.

To use your Visa Debit Card at an ATM, you will need a personal identification number (PIN), which will be issued with your card (you will get your PIN in a separate mailing from your card). You cannot get cash back when making a purchase with your Visa Debit Card.

Getting Your Visa Debit Card
Visa Debit cards are available, upon request, with a checking account. A separate application is required to apply for a line of credit that will act as overdraft protection for your checking account.  The line of credit will help prevent you from bouncing checks and gives you instant borrowing power up to your approved credit limit. The MCU Cash Card
The MCU Cash Card is an ATM card that gives you worldwide access to your MCU checking and/or regular savings account.  You can use your Cash Card at any teller machine that displays the STAR or PLUS network symbols.

Cash Card Transactions
Withdrawals: You can withdraw up to $500 each day from your regular savings or checking account.

Purchases: You can make purchases from your checking account at grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, or any other store that accept ATM/Debit cards with PIN numbers.  You can even receive cash back from the store's teller!

Transfers: You can transfer funds in any amount from savings to checking, or from checking to savings.

Balance Inquiries: You can find out the current balance in your checking or savings account with the MCU Cash Card.

The MCU Visa Credit Card
The Visa Credit Card is a traditional Visa card, but with no annual fee and with a competitive interest rate.  The MCU Visa Credit Card can be used just like any other Visa card - to make purchases at millions of merchant locations and to get cash advances at thousands of financial institutions worldwide.

Loan Protection at No Cost
Our Visa Credit Card protects your family from having to pay off your credit card debt in the event of death.  All of our Visa cardholders (up to age 70) are automatically provided with loan protection insurance that pays off the MCU Visa balance ($10,000 maximum) at death. This protection is provided at no direct cost to the member.  Some restrictions may apply, so be sure to talk to a loan officer for full details.

Lost or Stolen Card?
If you have lost your Visa Debit or Credit Card, or fear that it has been stolen, please contact us immediately Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm) at (800) 951-8000, x268. For calls outside of that time frame, call (866) 333-4740.
