24-Hour Access in the Palm of Your Hands
TELL-COM gives you 24-hour access to all your credit union accounts.  You can request withdrawals by check, get balance information on savings and loans, determine which checks have cleared from your checking account, transfer funds and much more!  Simply listen to the menu options and select the desired function/activity.

TELL-COM Requirements
Accessing TELL-COM could not be easier!  All you will need is:

1. Your MCU account number (you can find this on your statement)

2. Your TELL-COM personal identification number (PIN) - new members can initially activate TELL-COM by using the last four digits of their Social Security Number as their PIN.  If you do not know your 4-digit PIN, just call our Member Services Department at (800) 951-8000, option 3.

3. TELL-COM telephone numbers (336) 748-4808 or nationwide toll free (800) 951-4808.

Important note: Your TELL-COM PIN is not the same PIN number used for your MCU Cash Card or Visa Debit Card.

Helpful Hints

  • Follow your account number, PIN, and dollar amount entries with the # button to let TELL-COM know your entry is complete. Do not use the # button for anything else or your call may be ended.

  • When you enter a dollar amount, enter the dollars and cents, but omit the decimal. For example, $50.00 is entered 5000#.

  • If you have more than one savings account or checking account number, TELL-COM will refer to those accounts by consecutive numbers, i.e. savings "1" and savings "2."

  • TELL-COM is free to use. Use as needed 24-hours a day!
