Land Loan Application Checklist
The following documents must be submitted with your application:

For Land Purchase:

  • Signed and dated copy of Sales Contract
  • Completed and signed application
  • Copy of cancelled earnest money check (both sides)
  • Check or money order of $325.00 to cover the cost of the appraisal
  • Copy of a valid driver's license for each borrower


    For a Refinance of Property:

  • Copy of survey (if less than 7 years old)
  • Copy of title policy
  • Copy of declaration page from Hazard Insurance Policy
  • Copy of current Deed of Trust
  • Completed and signed application
  • Check or money order of $325.00 to cover the cost of the appraisal
  • Copy of a valid driver's license for each borrower

    Originals or Copies for Certifications:

  • Last two statements from checking, savings, and any other deposit account showing name, mailing address and account number for each institution
  • Paystubs for past 30 days for each borrower, showing year-to-date information
  • Previous 2 years W-2 forms
  • If you are self-employed: we will need the past two years tax returns with all schedules and a current year-to-date P&L Statement and balance sheet. Please re-sign tax returns in blue ink to certify that these are the exact copies of the original. Please sign P&L statement and balance sheet in blue ink to certify that information is correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • If you are divorced, we will need a copy of the final, signed divorce decree.
  • Copy of a valid driver's license for each borrower

    Privacy Policy
    Your savings federally insured to at least $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.
