Changes to MCU@Home
We have upgraded to a new version of MCU@Home, our free online banking program, to serve you more efficiently. Here are some things you need to know about the upgraded version of MCU@Home:
- If you are a registered user, you will use your member number and PIN from the old MCU@Home system. All users are required to login as ‘New Online Banking User’ the first time you use the new system. You will need to create 3 new security questions, a security image and provide an email address. The next time you login, use the Registered Online Banking User Login.
- You can reset your password in the new version of MCU@Home. If you forget your password, enter your member number and the random security code. Make sure you see YOUR personal Security Code. On the right side of the screen use CLICK HERE to reset your password. Answer the questions on the screen to reset your password. (If this is a JOINT account, the questions pertain to the PRIMARY account holder.)
- Transaction history will not be converted over. That means that transactions made before October 1st will not be stored and you will not be able to view transaction history that was posted before October 1st once online banking is upgraded. MCU@Home will continue to record transaction history starting October 2nd for future record keeping.
- System requirements for the upgraded online banking system include: Monitor resolution of 800 x 600 or higher and one of these web browsers installed, Internet Explorer (7.0 or higher), Mozilla Firefox (2.0 or higher), Opera (9.0 or higher for Windows/ 10.10 or higher for Mac), Safari (3.0 or higher) and Chrome (4.0 or higher). The following browsers are not compatible with the upgraded MCU@Home: AOL, WebTV, OmniWeb, iCab, Netscape Navigator, Lynx. Beta browsers are not supported by Internet Banking.
